Cake baking extravaganza!

We had a fantastic response from the children for our 'Decorate a cup-cake' competition. As you can see from the photographs below there were some amazingly creative designs. All the profits from the sale will be given to the Strength & Kindness teams chosen charity MissioNZ'. By the end of morning tea we had raised $195!

St. Patrick's Cross Country

The children at St. Pat's had a great time at the school cross country today. I'm not sure who was the loudest house but I know that the loudest cheerleader was Shirley!

Can you can find yourself in the house group photos?

Today at the Harriers cross-country competition we unveiled our new school banner. It certainly helped us to stand out from everyone else.

Congratulations Emily!

Huge congratulations to Emily who is the winner of the recent Mitre 10 Mega competition. Emily won a herself a new bike and for the school she won a $500 Mitre 10 Mega gift card and a minion to bring back to school.

We will have to think about where to put our new minion and I wonder if we could come up with a new name for him/ her? Let me know any ideas that you come up with.

Senior netball trials are underway!

Good luck to everyone who is taking part in the netball trials this afternoon!

It was great to see a keen group of our students all ready for the regular Wednesday morning walking bus.

Don't forget this is every Wednesday and everyone is welcome to join the group. Keep an eye out for the 'Walking Bus' notice in the school newsletter each week.
